    DescriptionRabbits were seen as clever and useful creatures by the ancient Maya, who sometimes depicted the highly trained courtly scribes as a rabbit. Powerful individuals sometimes had what we might consider today modest animals as their spirit companions, including the famous Maya king from Honduras, 18 Rabbit. This lovely bead is made of a very light colored jade.
